The Minnesota JCC’s Health and Wellness offerings make it easy to stay active, try something new, and feel your best at every stage of life. From aquatics, sports and recreation, Group Fitness, and specialty classes to personal training and welcoming spaces to move, there’s something for every interest and ability. Our well-equipped fitness centers feature high-quality workout equipment and knowledgeable staff, so you can work out with confidence and feel supported every step of the way.

Swim Lessons
Our swimming lessons offer expert instruction for all ages and skill levels, from water safety basics to advanced stroke techniques in a supportive environment.
Water Exercise
Our water exercise classes provide low-impact, high-energy workouts that build strength, improve flexibility, and boost cardiovascular health.
Swim Team
We offer swim teams for children, teens, and adults, providing opportunities to work with trained coaches to improve swimming skills and endurance.
Open Swim
We offer open swim every week for people of all ages to enjoy the JCC swimming pools.
Fitness Childcare
We offer fun, safe, free childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years while you enjoy our fitness and aquatics sessions. One-hour reservations can be made up to three days in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. While same-day reservations may be available, advance booking is strongly recommended.
